G. Jack Donson, Jr. - For over thirty years, Mr. Donson has focused his practice in franchise and antitrust litigation. He is a member of the Forum on Franchising and the Antitrust Section of the American Bar Association.

Margaret A. Lawson - Mrs. Lawson has represented franchisors in establishing franchise programs. She also represents franchisees on business matters, including franchise acquisitions, trademark and electronic commerce. She is a memeber of the Forum on Franchising and the Business Law Section of the American Bar Association.

William J. Seitz III - Mr. Seitz has broad experience representing both franchisors and franchisees in business and litigation matters. He is a frequent speaker on franchise and antitrust matters.
