The Franchisee will offer temporary industrial personnel services under the name LABOR FINDERS for skilled, semi-skilled and unskilled workers. The initial franchise fee and pre-opening purchases from the Franchisor and its affiliates range from $10,000 to $12,020. The estimated total initial investment required ranges from $96,150 to $157,320.
RISK FACTORS:
THE FRANCHISE AGREEMENT PERMITS THE FRANCHISEE TO ARBITRATE OR LITIGATE WITH THE FRANCHISOR ONLY IN FLORIDA. OUT OF STATE ARBITRATION OR LITIGATION MAY FORCE YOU TO ACCEPT A LESS FAVORABLE SETTLEMENT FOR DISPUTES. IT ALSO MAY COST MORE TO ARBITRATE OR LITIGATE WITH THE FRANCHISOR IN FLORIDA THAN IN YOUR HOME STATE.
THE FRANCHISE AGREEMENT STATES THAT FLORIDA LAW GOVERNS THE AGREEMENT, AND THIS LAW MAY NOT PROVIDE THE SAME PROTECTIONS AND BENEFITS AS LOCAL LAW.

UPON EXPIRATION OR TERMINATION OF YOUR FRANCHISE, THE FRANCHISOR HAS THE OPTION TO ASSUME YOUR OFFICE LEASES, AND TO ACQUIRE YOUR ASSETS FOR THEIR FAIR VALUE LESS AMOUNTS OWED TO THE FRANCHISOR.
